Contact and complaints
Email support@resumea.ai for product support, legal notices, GDPR requests, withdrawal notices, or complaints. Include the email connected to your Resumea account and, for a payment issue, the order reference. Please do not send passwords, full card details, or unnecessary identity documents.
Complaints and privacy requests will be acknowledged without undue delay. Statutory response periods and consumer remedies remain unaffected.
