Payments and invoices

PayPro Global is the Merchant of Record for Resumea purchases. PayPro Global processes payment-card information, applies its payment-security and privacy terms, handles applicable transaction taxes, and issues customer receipts or invoices. Resumea receives payment and subscription status, amount, currency, order and customer identifiers, and the limited data needed to provide access, support customers, prevent fraud, and keep required records.

The checkout shows the final price, weekly or monthly billing interval, automatic renewal, and applicable VAT before an order is placed. Customers can update payment details and cancel future renewal in PayPro Global’s hosted customer account.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact Resumea first if you have a complaint. We will try to resolve it directly and fairly.

Resumea does not currently participate in a voluntary alternative dispute-resolution scheme unless required by applicable law. This does not affect your right to contact a consumer-protection authority or bring a claim before a competent court.
