Payments and invoices

Resumea currently uses Revolut’s hosted checkout. Revolut processes payment-card information and applies its own payment-security and privacy terms. Resumea receives the payment status, amount, currency, order identifier, and limited transaction details needed to provide access, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and keep required records.

The checkout shows the final price, pass duration, and the fact that the pass does not renew before an order is placed. Any VAT treatment and invoice information shown at checkout or on the receipt forms part of the transaction information.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact Resumea first if you have a complaint. We will try to resolve it directly and fairly.

Resumea does not currently participate in a voluntary alternative dispute-resolution scheme unless required by applicable law. This does not affect your right to contact a consumer-protection authority or bring a claim before a competent court.
